BLACK CASSIS: Black tea flavored with blackcurrant

A sweet blackcurrant scent dominates our new Summer blend. Black Cassis has that characteristic blackcurrant scent, both fruity, slightly sweet and a little floral like a candied violet. A tea with the taste of bursting ripe fruit, delicious and tangy enough to remain refreshing like spring.

Tasting notes: The dried leaves release an intense aroma of blackcurrant, but when infused, the aroma is balanced, delicate and long in the mouth.

To consume: In the morning, it reminds us of generous slices of homemade red fruit jam. Makes an excellent refined afternoon tea.
