This unscented, light and caffeine-free infusion combines lemon pulp and peel with ginger slices and lemongrass. Lemon and ginger are known for their beneficial effects on health, by stimulating digestion, but also thanks to a Detox effect on the liver.

Composition: Dried lemon pulp and peel (without sulfites or chemical treatments), ginger, lemongrass.

To consume: After meals. This slightly spicy infusion can be drunk iced in summer, hot in winter or warm. Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon per cup or 250 ml for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the intensity of the desired flavor.
COTTON FILTER REQUIRED (or failing that paper), our peels being without sulfites or preservatives, they break easily into small pieces.
