When we talk about the Blue of Provence, most people think of lavender. But blue in Provence is everywhere, the blue of the sky, deep, sparkling when the mistral has blown or the blue of the sea, a brilliant and infinite blue, between beach and rocks. This blue does not smell of lavender but of anise, an emblematic smell of Provence. Powerful and fresh, anise mixes its unique perfume with the leaves of a very beautiful Indian black tea and gives the cup an impression of airy freshness, an aromatic aniseed flavor, a little star anise, thirst-quenching like a pastaga (which means Pastis in Provence).
Composition: Organic Indian black tea*, star anise, natural anise extract. To consume: After meals for its digestive notes. Very good in iced tea. To prepare it as iced tea: place about 10 grams of tea in two liters of water at room temperature, place in the refrigerator overnight, filter the next morning.
For: All those who have stayed in Provence. Not recommended for pregnant women and young children (presence of anise).
Our 200g and 400g bags are FSC Recycled certified.
