Composition: Pure Assam black tea, CTC origin. The CTC manufacturing process "crushing-tearing-curling" is a process by which the leaves are first cut, crushed and then rolled into balls in order to obtain aromatic strength and body.
Tasting Notes: A beautiful deep red infusion, full-bodied, rich. It is also a very good tea for preparing a homemade Chai Massala.
To consume: Morning tea. Try with milk and sugar for gray days.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon of tea. Water at 95°C. Infusion 3-4 minutes.
