MOCHA CHA CHA: Cinnamon-Cocoa black tea

Mocha Cha Cha could be described as a very simple composition: black tea, cocoa and raw cinnamon chips and yet there is nothing more complicated than a ménage à trois. A balancing act in the dosage in order to bring out the chic notes of blond tobacco of the Indian black tea from Assam.

An elegant tea, slightly sweet and woody thanks to the cinnamon wood. The cup develops aromas reminiscent of a mixture of stewed apples and hot cinnamon. A tea that will satisfy lovers of teas with character.

Composition: Indian Assam black tea, cinnamon shavings, cocoa.

Tasting Notes: This blend offers a rounded taste, both chocolatey and malty, with a developed and refined flavor. Up to 5-6 minutes of infusion to develop the tea-cinnamon wood balance.
