ARTISAN VERT CITRON: Lemon green tea

For this 2015 creation, we moved away from the traditional lemon sencha green tea that you will find in many other tea brands. We worked with a different Chinese green tea, Chunmee for its less vegetal note. Our blend combines Italian yellow lemon from Calabria with lime, the extract of which has been reworked to accentuate the liveliness of the blend. The sweetness of the tea creates an original contrast after this sparkling start.

A tea that offers a beautiful lemony, slightly green note, and that is reminiscent of granita al limon, this refreshing sorbet of Sicilian origin made from crushed ice, sugar and lemon. A tea with a joyful and fresh fragrance with 100% natural lemon extracts.

Composition: Green tea, lemon peel (sulphite-free), lemongrass leaves, natural extracts of Italian lemons.

Tasting notes: Tonic, fresh, zesty, and at the same time slightly sweet taste thanks to the sweetness of green tea. To adopt for iced tea, in summer. To prepare it as iced tea: place about 15 grams of tea in two liters of water at room temperature, place in the refrigerator overnight, filter the next morning.
