Assam is the largest tea producing region in India. A very fertile region, located in the northeast of India, composed of immense low-altitude plantations. Watered by the monsoon from July to September, the region resembles a natural greenhouse, a hot and humid atmosphere stifling but very favorable to tea plants. Assam teas are unique teas in the world, typical of what is called the "English taste".
Composition: Premium Indian black tea from pure origin Assam.
Tasting notes: A dark and bright infusion that reveals notes of blond tobacco. A tea with warm and comforting notes offering a beautiful length in the mouth.
To consume: In the morning and afternoon when tiredness sets in. A black tea that immerses us in the atmosphere of an Irish pub, rustic and endearing. Preferably with milk.
For: Lovers of teas with frank and classic notes. Replaces a coffee at the end of lunch.
